Now that we have more and more Metro shutdowns that started this month, we have to buy Tylenol, Aleve, and Motrin to deal with the headaches related to them.

It’s a good thing that I work at Eastern Market. The Metro work there won’t start until August. Plus, more people are riding bikes, driving and even walking to work.

Who would think it would be this much trouble getting to work? I sure hope the new general manager knows what he’s doing. He calls the plan SafeTrack. But until this project starts, trains are slowing down due to cracks on the rails, arcing insulators, and who-knows-what.

But, I’m feeling safer already! Don’t you?
